The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said the capital’s Portugal was “severely damaged by tsunami-washed stones and debris locally”.
The OCHA also said that spy planes had confirmed “significant property damage” on the islands of Mango and Phonoi.
